We met Ranjita at one of her open homes, which we were looking at as a potential rental

property. It didn’t suit us but on talking with Ranjita we mentioned that we could be interested in selling one of our properties. She took down some details and came back to us a few days later with what she considered the value would be and how best to market it.

After agreeing to some guidelines, we decided to let Ranjita list the property giving your agency a month to sell it.

What she managed to achieve over the following weeks was just amazing to us, She kept us fully informed of what was happening, of what we needed to do, arranged meetings and presented agreements to consider and then had backup offers as well. The valuation she had put on the property was accurate as the offers we had were all around her estimate.

After accepting an offer, she again kept us fully informed on how things were going with it and on the day the agreement was to become “unconditional” we were kept up to date every step of the way till its successful conclusion.
